Sprint Representative offered free phones when I called to cancel my account because of a previous error. I didn't receive a bill until after the 30day period for return had expired. Sprint now claims phone were not offered free refused to credit account or allow me to return the phones sent under false pretense for credit to my account.

Call the retentions department! The direct number is 866-205-1185. Threaten to cancel again, and they'll either waive your early termination fee, credit the amound owed, or give you some other fancy-retention-deal. It's all about who you talk to!
