My Sprint carrier connection was really bad, i hardly used my cell phone. Every time I received my bill they always over charged me by adding unknown discription charged. One day when i lost my job and I don't get any unemployement check at all, basically zero income until now. i decided to stop my Sprint service, they told me I still have my contract until may 19, 2010 or otherwise i have to pay termination fee $200.00. They adjust my statement by phone without mentioning any verbal noticed that it will extend my contract untill may 26, 2010. They offered me Seasonal service plan for $5.00 and Gemema, the customer service confirmed thereare no additional charges. And she read all the service requirement very quick, i asked her to read it slowly, she still did the samething. I didn't understand what she was saying, and she forced me to agreeing that statement. I told her to send me a letter of those agreement, she say yes but i need to confirm the agreement by phone at that time. When i received my bill, it wasn't $5.00, it was $5.95+sprint surcharges $1.36+Government tax&fees $0.41 = $7.72. After I hang up her phone, I turn off my cell phone and since then until now i never turn it on nor charge the battery. I don't even know where is that cell phone now. I did received seasonal plan bills twice. After that i never received anything. In addition, I had a rebate from Sprint, but Sprint did not gave me check, instead Sprint placed my $50.00 rebate on my account balance as a debit. Since I didn't have any money, they can just deducted from my rebate. I did not receive any bill from June-November 2009. All of Sudden I received bill from Sprint with total charges $64.46. I was so shock and I called Sprint Customer Service, they were saying the seasonal plan only applied for 6 months and automatically adjust to regular plan $39.99/month. I told them why there are no notification or reminder, they need my confirmation to adjust to the regular plan. Their excuses was it was automatic by system they couldn't do anything, and they wanted me to pay. After they hold me for an hour, I told the customer service that I need to talked with their Manager they hang up the phone. I tried to reconnect with that manager one more time, when he pick up the phone and recognized my voice, he hang up the phone. Sprint send me to the collector in Santa Anna. I explain to their collector this is fraud because they didn't want to solve the problem and no notification. After that Sprint send me another bill with amount $70.24 and another bill with around amount $275.00. They hired another collector and i called that collector to explain Sprint the fraud case. The collector told me to call Sprint, but like ussual non of those customer service help us or solve the problem. I talked to their manager, the manager just told us to continue my plan for another 3 months with $39.99/month or paid somewhere around $98.00 or more....I don't remember. I told him, I don't know where is my cell phone now, and I don't have any money to pay. I don't need that service any more. And we didn't finished talking, he hang up the phone. I tried to called them one more time the manager did not pick up the phone. And 2 days ago I just received another letter from different collector at Florida, with somewhere around $175.00. I brought this case to Attorney General at Kansas City. I REMIND EVERYBODY NOT TO USE SPRINT SERVICE TO AVOID THEIR SCAM BUSINESS.
