On March 26,2008 sprint removed $438.00 from my account followed by another of $500.00 ... These withdrawals did not go to my account either...
I called sprint and my bank immediately and I am fighting to get my money back and my bank is helping....
Sprint released me from my contract and I took 2 phones of the 3 away to another company.... I was assured I would not have to pay termination fees.
Low and behold my final bill came in with a $350.00 term. fee for 2 phones...
It is an ongoing battle with them and I will not give up til I win....
