Sprint claims that they can only refund up to three months of unauthorized charges. (At first they said one month, then two months and finally three months, regardless of how long this has been going on.) They also claim that they Do Not Benefit from these charges. Oh Really? They also claim that it happens "millions of times" and with all companies, so changing phone services won't solve the problem.
Are we all victims, consumers and phone companies alike? I think not!
Protect yourself, check your bill and let the phone company know that you want subscription to unauthorized multimedia services blocked!
