Sprint is using deceptive tactics....My sprint phone service was deactivated on 09/14/2011 as stated by rep over phone....on 11/09/2011 I paid 209.00 then i went to a sprint store to upgrade....and spent 164.00 for a iphone 4 not the s...but yet sprint rep susie stated that during deactivation I could only recieve incoming not outgoing could only recieve calls on phone service....Lets see definition of deactivation: To render inactive or ineffective...Deactivation to me is complete and non-use of sprint phone service.....Sprint allowed me to upgrade my to a Iphone and rep at sprint store Alex never mentioned that my phone was deactivated and that once I renew contract it would be like buying a brand new sprint service...My new bill now is 232.00....I was told about activation fee in the amount of 36.00 for new iphone...Sprint store rep must been thinking about is daily sales goals....Please keep in mind sprint rep susie was from main 1800 customer service number....rep alex was from sprint store...Union, NJ sprint.com, New Jersey....Ultimately sprint only removed 36.00 activation fee...I liked there service but there actions speaks for themselves
