My son has the same phone and the same issues. A co-worker also has the same phone and has the same issues!
My wife has the same model iPhone with Verizon and when we are out to dinner I have to use her phone to do my job!! I've talked to three Sprint stores and the Apple store in Orlando and they ALL say it's Sprint's towers!
Sprint's answer: BE SOMEPLACE WHERE YOU CAN USE Wi-Fi!! What a great solution!! I supposed that Sprint tells it's employees to be sure to park their cars near an air pump because of the air leak in their tires! WHAT AN ANSWER SPRINT!!!
The gal I spoke kept saying she understood my concerns and she started laughing about how it would upset her too!! HELLO??? Thanks for caring enough to do NOTHING!!
And to add insult to injury, they offered me a $30 credit for the last two months!!!! What is that???
If you want to use your phone to handle data and you live in Central Florida, DO NOT USE SPRINT!!! It's not worth it. After over 10 years with Sprint, this is the best they can offer me!?!?!?
