For a month I have not been able to receive calls due to an outage with Sprint. I am unemployed and waiting for calls from employers and Sprint has caused me to miss this. YET they say I am bound by a contract and cannot void it due to their service issues!!!

They say they are working on the towers and that caused my problem. The issue may be fixed in a few weeks. I NEED TO RECEIVE CALLS BADLY.
