*Consumer Comment: If that is how you feel K then you should avoid doing business at all costs!!
*Consumer Comment: SPRINT PCS
*Consumer Comment: When did you buy the phone?
*UPDATE Employee: Sprint's Fault, really....
i contacted samsung. they would not do anything. all of these n400,s were defective, they discontinued this model because they were defective. a lot of people got taken, not just me. people accross the country who bought these phones. sprint does not stand behind there phones. samsung would not replace these phones.im still trying to use this phone. it still has all of its defects. the buy back at sprint is twenty five dollars for these phones. a fraction of what this phone cost new. i wish there was a class action lawsuit. i would join in on it. i continue to take this phone in to the store. just to be doing. to get them to check it and let them tell me theres nothing they can do. it atleast keeps this phone in there faces.
