St Johns Business Services Dorothy A Spears Worst Condo Association Management Company EVER! Gulf Shores, Alabama

We unfortunately use St Johns Business Services to manage our condo complex in Gulf Shores. They do not return phone calls and if they do it is 2-3 weeks later. They never answer their phone. They do not return emails. They have ruined our condo complex. They do not do the work they charge you for. If there are repairs needed they do not do them. The do not clean the common areas, dog feces everywhere. If you need to get something fixed they put you off, and won't return your call and if they do finally answer they just say call your insurance and hang up on you. The lady that runs it is Dorthy Spears is rude, unhelpful, and had the pool people stealing water from our outside faucet and the pool guy told us so but when we called St Johns about it they denied it and had the pool guy change his story. Strange but since we called them our water bill has gone down $150-$200 per month. We have proof of them stealing the water for witnesses, and plumbing inspections and will be suing them and Dorothy Spears in court.

We will be firing them and getting someone new.
