I am writing this letter in regards to my furniture not repair correctly. On January 2004 I call you company to get a few ink stains out of my leather furniture. On February 14, 2004 a guy came out Robs Custom Upholstery ROB31 to get the stain out of the leather.
Once done the spots were darker then the furniture, so I asked the gentleman if those spots were going to dry to the color of the furnature he stated yes. I then spoke to a women on the phone she asked if it was okay I stated I guess it was okay, thinking that the spots were going to dry.
On March 24, 2004 I called back and the women stated that someone would give me a call to set up a time. NO one called. I call again not sure of date I know it was a couple of weeks later and a women stated they would send someone out.
Again NO one called. I call again 08/11/04 explained my situation to that women named Chris she looked into it and told me that I waited to long to call back she stated five months since the last call. I explained that I call a couple of times before this and got the run away no one call nor came to see what was going on with my furniture.
She also stated that this company only give you 14 days from the time my furniture was repaired for them to cover there work. If that was the case why didn't the repairman or anyone else tell me that??? Why didn't your people send someone out the first time I called? Now they're saying it been five month. The repair man knew he mess up that's why he didn't say anything if that is the case.
I never received a warrently nor did anyone tell anything about them not honoring there work if you don't call back in 14 day. After I paid $89.00 per couch plus tax. It is not fair.
