I bought this 5year scam warranty for a leather couch and was told by Harlem Furniture they will take care of rips,tears,peeling etc.
I used it once no problem. Tried to use it for the 2nd time, forget it.... the couch is a yr & 1 month old I needed service to it & I spoke to a few ignorant people that know how to answer the phone but apparently do not know how to listen and speak intelligently or provide customer service.
As far as getting a manager forget that too. Depends on which monkey that answers the phone will tell you whatever they feel like telling you at that given moment. I was told I would get a call from a manager w/i 24-48hrs. It's been 72hrs so that tells me they don't know how to tell time or they don't care. I spoke to the vice president of the company,he called back w/i the hour but just tried to blow smoke.
He could not help me any faster and obviously didn't follow up with my concerns. I would have thought I would have received a call back from someone that cared to listen about helping me get my couch fixed or listen to my complaints about their people that they answering the phones "within their company rules of 24-48hours". I'm not getting into the whole story, I'm presenting that to Inside Edition.
I would suggest that people that have been robbed by this company contact Inside Edition too. With so many complaints regarding this company I'm sure they could do a mini series.
