Stainsafe fraudulent misleading ripoff Palm Beach Gardens Florida

Stainsafe, Inc has been the subject of an investigative report via a Central Florida television news agency in the past. However, nothing has been done to correct their egregious behavior in denying virtually every single claim customers lodge with regard to the promises made in their brochures.

The product is sold as an add-on by La-Z-Boy, Inc (among other companies)as a fabric/leather protectant kit. In every instance known to me, claims have been routinely denied as the result of "customer abuse".

This is easily the largest national ripoff I am aware of. Stainsafe makes millions of dollars, but does not spend any money it making restitution's or making good on its claims.

There needs to be a national inquiry into the matter and the appropriate parties contacted perhaps via a class action suit against the company so that at least, consumers will have the opportunity to be reimbursed for services not rendered.
