The location on whois is actually a Mechanic Shop relative and not the actual location. Staminus is NOT really physically located on 502 S. Harbor.
The actual location of Staminus is run out of Mehdi Mahvi's and Matt Mahvi's home location. Since they don't supply business address and run from home, can list their home adddress.

Staminus address through "BBB" Better Business is: 9253 Research Drive, Irvine, CA
If a company does over 35% of their business out of their own state, then you can file Small Claims actions in your own state and sue them. They will have to come to YOU. You don't have to sue them in the state they are located, if over 35% of their business is conducted in other states ! After you win, get a 'writ of execution' and attach leins to the bank account were your check or credit card information was deposited by the company. You can get a Sherriff to serve the 'write of execution' papers to their bank and the bank has to turn over the money :) I swear this is all true.
You can get an Orange County Sherriff to serve them the papers for 60.00. Again, they have to come to YOU, if over 35% of their business is out of their own state.
All you suffer is Small Claims Court charges and 60.00 to get a Sherrif to serve them in Orange County CA. Then, another 60.00 for the 'write of execution.
We reviewed Staminus address listed on whois thru SPOKEO and is a Mechanic shop at 502 S. Harbor, Fullerton. Wonder why a hosting company does'nt register accurate information.
They sure hide. I wouldn't do business or provide money to a company that won't provide accurate location information or executives profiles etc. on their web site or whois. How'd we get our money back for poor services, from people who hide ? We do research on everyone before giving our money out.
