Stamps.Com Stamps.com charged me $15.99 for membership when they never furnish me any service and denied my requesting to give me back the amount cjharged Internet

Find by internet the "Stamps.com" offering service for print in my own computer legal mail stamps accepting charging $15.99 as monthly membership, I did accept the deal and I paid with my credit card the amount requested. When I tryed to print the stamps my printer does not works and immediately I did notify to "Stamps.com" the impossibility to give me the service and asking the immediate refund, thw which never was done. This company "Stamps.com"  use a large of disculps to justifice the charge of the first month of membership knowing very clear that they never supply me any service they are an abussive and advantageous enterprise
