I have received a total of $107.70 in bogus charges on my credit card from Stamps.com. After the first charge, they told me that were going to refund my card and even gave me a "confirmation number." I did not receive a refund, in fact they charged me AGAIN.
I called to complain after the first time. They told me that "so and so" dropped the ball and that's why I didn't get my first refund. And they said I got charged again because I actually have TWO accounts with them linked to this credit card and they were both past due. Again, they promised to refund all the charges and gave me confirmation numbers for the refunds and for the cancellation of the accounts.
If I don't see the refunds hit my statement by Friday I am going to dispute all the charges and file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You should too if you cannot get satisfaction from Stamps.com. The URL is

This activity started around the same time as another instance of CC fraud I have experienced so I can only assume that they got my card number through the same nefarious means as the other company.

I began noticing first little charges on my card...like to Napster for $1.00, this began in December...but then in Feburary the crap hit the fan...I have charges from places I never heard of...This company UPC*VISTAPRINT.COM was for $9.15 and a charge from them for $1.00...I was able to find out who is using my card...and making all the charges...ONLY one company would help me and that was GRC*PROACTIV SOLUTIONS...I got the name of the person using my card and all the things that she ordered are coming to my home...her name is SHELLY/SHIRLEY GRAY...I have filed a police report and cancelled my card...both of which does not help me to get my money back...if you can find one of the companies that can help you with a name it might help more...all together she charged approx. $200.00 worth of items all on the internet, even concert tickets from TICKETS NOW, other charges were to the following companies...maybe there is a trend here or something?
