This company will never save you anything and they really don't care about there customers. after paying for stamps.com for several years and never using them. they billed me for several hundred dollars. I had forgotton about even signing up with them. as my Credit card company paid the bill each month and I never really checked it. That will never happen again. anyway I had forgotton about them when I had gone and had two spinal surgerys. and at the same time my internet company went out of business and my credit card became overdrawn. Stamps.com continued to bill my account. finally they sent me a letter and this reminded me about this company so I called and canceled my account thinking that since I had never used the service at all they would just close the account and that would be that but no this company still wants me to pay them another $47.53 on top of the already wasted two to three hundred dollars. I now use click and ship which does everything that stamps.com said they do and there is no charge at all for there service. you can also get the same service free from USPS.com so don't waste your money with stamps.com I got burned by this company and if I can stop it from happening to you then I will feel good. it is companys like this that gives our great country a bad reputation. if there is anyone out there considering a class action law suit against this company please let me know. I think that it should be a crime to collect money in front of a govenment ran business to builk its customers out of even more money. I see that with over 219 reports on this site there are alot of people that have been burned by stamps.com The government needs to take a look at this company and see just what they are doing here.
