Even if you call to cancel the service at Stamps.com, the reps twist the words around telling you that they are witholding the charge but if you don't call back in a month, they charge you again.  They just billed my account 31.98 after I cancelled. They absolutely REFUSE to reverse any charges.  What a horrible no customer service company. I will close the bank account in the negative before I pay them.

We are sorry you encountered this experience while trying to cancel your Stamps.com account.  When you called to cancel service, you should have been provided with a cancellation reference number and the same information should have been emailed to you shortly after.  From your comment, it sounds like you did not receive this information?  We record all calls for quality purposes and if any of our internal procedures were not followed, wed be happy to further review your specific cancellation call.
