I do not seem to be able to reach them to cancel. My company is closing and I do not need the service any longer.  I have been at this since last fall.  My bank says that they cannot stop it since I originally authorized them to withdraw the funds.  Now I keep the account open only for this!  i don't want my credit to be affected by closing the account...which the bank says they can't do!  Grrrrrrrrr!
