First of all, I would like to "thank" all parties involved for such "wonderful" assistance: that would be, (Sub)standard Mortgage Corporation and The Federal National Mortgage Association a.k.a. Fannie Mae.
BOTH of you have been playing head games with us for the past three years, pretending to care, pretending you were going to assist us in keeping our home. It is *not* appreciated in the least.
Yesterday - on 2/5/13, I faxed all of the necessary paperwork to Jonathan Faciane of Standard Mortgage Corporation in order to get the process started (yet again) for a home loan modification. Today, our home is ILLEGALLY posted for auction today (2/6/13) on the sheriffs website. Would any of you care to explain that to me??? Would any of you also care to explain why you seem to be eager to kick a *disabled veteran* - a man whom had risked his life fighting for YOUR freedom - to the streets? And me, his *disabled wife*.
Would either of you care to explain WHY we have had to fight up to this point - for three solid years, when twice, you pretended to began the process - all to no avail.
Would you care to explain WHY you are BOTH violating OUR CIVIL RIGHTS?? In other words - you both know every single little medical issue that my husband and I have - yet, you promise us the world then - you pull this disgusting and HIGHLY ILLEGAL stunt on us.
For the record, I am making this as public as possible: Standard Mortgage Corporation and Fannie Mae playing head games with disabled veteran and disabled wife for three solid years - pretending they want to keep us in our home, however - your actions speak louder than words. As of four O' Clock this morning, I have contacted "SIX ON YOUR SIDE" - and "BILL CAPO - ACTION REPORTER". I've also contacted several other entities which surely, you will learn who they are later. One of my cousins works for the local newspaper - I will be contacting her as soon as I finish up THIS report to write up a HUGE story on this. You have toyed with us more than enough - we are sick of it, and we're not going to take it anymore.
One more thing: could either of you explain why, when every single time we demanded to see the original promissory note and the original title to the property - nobody contacted us?
You were supposed to help us on several counts: number one, we are the victims of predatory lending - two, this is an underwater mortgage and you are BOTH well aware of both of those facts - three, if our home sells illegally today, know this: legal action WILL be taken against all parties involved.
I was just contacted by a news reporter (whom shall remain unnamed) from "SIX ON YOUR SIDE". Let the games begin.
