I received a letter with postmarkings from Canada (but no return address of course) with a letter claiming that I had one 200,000 dollars in a multi state lottery and a check for 3,860.40. I knew this was bogus, but it seems craftier than your average " You May Have Already Won..." scams, so I figured I would post the entire text of the letter, hoping I can in some way help catch these jackasses.
