On November 15, 2008, I was contacted by Jason Banks. he said i was approved for a loan. He wanted $910. So when i got paid on the 21st I sent money gram to a girl named Shelly Lawrence, in Nova Scotia, Canada. So I sent him the money, my whole paycheck. Jason said my money would be in my account Monday November 24th,

On Monday 24th Dennis Weaver called me and said they need more money. So like a ding dong I sent them more money. Guaranteed $5,000. deposited in my account. On November 25th, I called the company to confirm the money was there. It wasn't there, then I talked to David oliver. He said there was a problem with the loan and wanted another $1,820.00 to secure the loan. I told him I didn't have anymore money to send him, I told him I wanted my money back and he said it would be returned dec 23rd. I pleaded with him to try to get my money sooner, but I got attitude, rudeness and he threated to tie me up with lawyers fees for 2 years to get my money back.

I saw the comments after starting to do research, Could someone please help, me and let me know if anyone has gotten any of there money back yet.

Heartless Stanford Financial

Hi there! I had the same thing happen to me and I don't see getting any of my money back. I have beaten myself up over this for the longest time because I feel like I should have known better. How can you be so heartless to sit there and promise people things that you know are a lie. My so called account rep had the nerve to call herself a "God Fearing Woman" and told me she was not a thief. You know what, I hope she and everyone else there are because the good man above will take care of them in his own way. I wish I could find those people and put a little fear into them myself but oh well. Anyway, I am just happy that I have all of my things protected now. That is my biggest piece of advice for everyone. Make sure your accounts are protected. I would love to fight these people but they are not even at the physical address that they claim to be at. If someone hears of a case being opened on these people I will gladly say what I have to say and bring all of the documents I have to the table to try to bring justice to these guys. You just let me know.

I have learned a hard lesson and from now on it will take a signed contract and a one on one basis for me to ever even consider a loan process. I hope that this doesn't happen to anymone else, but it will. These kind of people are eveywhere. It is up to us to trust no one. Apparently!
