Stanton Optical rip off took 7 months to get glasses correct sacramento, California

When I went to Stanton Optical I picked out the 2 pairs of frames that i wanted for my glasses, the technician dident do much to help except measure the lens opening to make sure that bifocals would fit the frames. Then he took my prescription and turned it into the lab on site. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get my glasses because I had asked for no glare coating. Well I waited for the 2 weeks and I had to call them to see if they were ready. I went to pick them up but could not see out of them it was all fuzzy so they took measurements and i was told that the frames I picked dident work for bifocals 
. But they were checked before and I was told they were ok!
 
So they had me look some more but everything I choose they said wouldent work, finally the technician pick out some  mens frames and said that this is the best she could do, by this time i was so upset that i had to wait for the the frames so another 2 weeks went by and when I returned for my glasses then hadent sent them to have the coating done  until they saw that these worked so I tried they and they were still fuzzy. So once again they picked out some frames and redid the glasses I dident like them but 1 pair worked, but were really flimsy frames. so again they picked a frame from the mens section and i was told this is the last pair they could find to fit me. So they made the mens wire frame which I did not like, but still couldent see throught them.

So after waiting and coming back for almost 6 months I finally had enough and called 3 for action. As soon as they were contacted by them i went back after they called to tell me to come in and everything would be taken care of. Once again they picked the frames and said this is all they had that would work, so I choose from there options and finally got 2 pairs of glasses but not the ones I choose the ones they choose  for me and I paid $268 .00 for glasses that took over 6months to get and ones i dident like. I had to have them cause I am a diabetic and couldent see without them. Even when I go back to have the tightened or addjusted they have bent my frames and they dont fit right, but the gaurentee  had expired because they started from the first day I bought them not from the day I finally took 2 pairs home
