My husband and I have sent in rebates from Staples over the last 5 or 6 years and to date we have never received anything from them. We worked for a company that delivered to Staples so we were there almost every other day and would look around and end up buying things. They have never send money to us for rebates and we have followed them to the letter sadly it is a Staples thing all together and it is a rip off all over the country not just in PA. They will either say you didn't do it correctly or we cannot find it or no UPC label. All of which was enclosed originally and I had copies of each one I sent to them but copies are not good enough. Once you send the real thing and what they ask for you are at there mercy. Do not buy anything from Staples if you can help it and specially if they have a rebate with it. It is just a scam to get you to pay a higher price for the item and you never see the rebate.

Stop shopping for rebates. There's the first problem. Beyond that like another employee said check for "stapleseasyrebates.com" at the bottom of your receipt. If you don't see that don't come back to staples because we can't help.

I have been with staples for a year and yes they do sale a lot of items with rebates, but not all rebates are associated with staples. before you get to the barcode on the rebate receipt it will eaither say stapleseasyrebate.com, or one of the vendors offering the rebate. it also gives the web address to track your rebates, and staples has no control over outside rebates. that is an issue you will have to take up with the actual issuers of the rebate. and just for future purchases from staples, if any, most software and electronic rebates are not through staples itself, but the maker of the product you are purchasing.
