Staples THE MOST RACIST ORGANIZATION IN NORTH AMERICA regina, Saskatchewan Canada

I moved in from the state/province of Ontario to the province/state of Saskatchewan. I was happy to bag a job at Staples Call Center. However, in my three months work experience with them till now its been the worst organisation, at least in Canada. From day one, I believe that there were some negative vibes coming out of the management. However, I just gave them some time as I was new to the company and to my amazement I was woefully wrong. I performed very well with the sales and was the top seller in Regina center and also got a few "Customer Appreciation" comments/calls. But to my biggest surprise, my manager and my supervisor were against me just because of my skin color. I have no hesitation in saying that I am a brown man. I come from the land where all people from all religions/walks of life stay together peacefully and respectfully. I have always respected all other people and I am thankful to the Canadians who are so open and accommodating for the new immigrants as a society. 

With the exception of my reporting managers, I've always felt that I was happy to be in Canada. All of a sudden, I was being accused of being "Rude", impolite and working against the company policies. I was never given any access towards any of the evidences. In a call center environment that means listening to those calls or reading through any documents of that sort. I was just given a "Warning Letter" and no one even the HR department did not help me out. I am very actively looking for a new job which will help me get out of this irritating company that just wants to keep the "EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS" Happy and not their "Internal Customers" i.e their own employees. Not just that on top of that a lot of people from the top management in the company say something else and in the real life. They'll never walk the talk. The company sucks big time. Please don't work for the Staples Call Center located at 221 Winnipeg Street North esp if ur skin color is brown or black!!!!!
