Thankfully my daughter came to me first. She really thought she may have won something that would pay for her college education when she graduates high school in June.
This is a shame that people cannot get a real job and try to scam young adults like this. I want others to know this as well so this doesn't happen to the. I already contacted the bank this check was drawn (Comerica Bank, 500 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI 48226-3423) and will be going to the local agencies on Monday. These people must be stopped!!!!

We have never heard of Star Capital Disbursement Agency before today and would very much like to find out who and where they are.
