Well today I checked the mail and in it was a check for everything they took from me along with a form to fill out and get reimbursed for all overdraft fees they caused. All courtesy of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Comptroller of the United States.
The check is even drawn on a nationally known bank so you can go there and cash it you don't have to risk depositing it. This is the result of a class action suit filed against them. So hopefully everyone will be receiving checks soon. Good Luck.
