Star Communications ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Canoga California

i received a call saying that i could get a 500 dollars shopping spree i told the gentleman i really didn't want it but they convinced me i spoke to several people. and was told i could get a family fun pass as fwell for only 4.95 i agreed but when i received the information in the mail i called to canceled i figured it was all over so i shredded all the paper but a couple of weeks ago star communications had taken 129.99 out of my checking account i have called them several times but every time that i called the number is busy as well as the number for the ffamily fun pass. i am on ssi and can not afford for them to be taking money out of my account
