Both my husband and I were contacted about their services, we were both under the impression that we would have 10 days to look at their products, 1/2 off t.v. $42.00 a month for a refund of $25.00. And a membership fee of $119.00. Plus another $4.95 for shipping and handling. They also offered two other services, one was for savings on your telephone bills and cellular phones, both also $4.95 for s & h and membership fees. They proceeded to take $135.00 out of my checking account the very day that I spoke with them. When I called them on it they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks before I would get my money back. Saturday marks six weeks, and to date I do not have check in hand. I also filed a report with the better business bureau to no avail, the chickhen shits said they had never heard of us and claimed that they sold health and dental supplements. And that was the end of that, the BBB closed the claim and said they would be sure to give them a bad rating.

i am an employee of this company, actually star communications is not a company, it is one of the campaigns being run in a call center in kolkata, india. there are other campaigns such as Regional Travel Services, First National Grant Benefits, American Grants and Prime Time. These are different companies which have given contracts to this call center to call up people in america, take their accounting information and make the "sales". this is a 24 hour call center and the entire day is divided into shifts, the morning shift calls up australia, the afternoon shift calls up UK and the evening and night shifts call up america. i have all the information that you want about this call center, i am an employee of this call center, have been working here for the last 11 months. but after working here for so long i realised that this is unethical. most of the people who work here are college students and so am i, we work here to support our education. but this call center is exploiting the youth, i am working in the evening shift and they pay us Rs.4000 per month (something like $95). if you think that i can be of any help please do email me.
