Bought a broom and dustpan set to keep litter box area clean and first time used, cracked in half. Bought 6 longlife lightbulbs and 2 of them do not work. The "free" gift, worth over $8.00 per advertisment was maybe, I say maybe worth 10 cents. There is no website to contact this company, no toll free number, and I am not sending back the items because of the return postage rate which would be very high with all the items I ordered. If you are reading this Starcrest, remove me from your mailing list NOW.
