I got this ad in the mail from Starcrest Of California, so I ordered some things. They cashed my check for 50.00 11-02-2006, I didn't get any thing.

I got my the things I order

I got every thing I order, but lot of the things I order was not any good.

I will never order from them again.

As an ex-customer service employee I know it's a common complaint that they can take as much as three weeks to get orders to people. Now, while I think they are (expletives), I do not think they are liars, so I have to believe the story I was given that because it goes parcel post mail (fourth class), these things #1) take days to get to locations in other states (even northern Calfornia) and 2)can sit more days at the bulk mail center Starcrest takes the order to, your regional post office, even hyou your local post office.

I wish anyone reading this would not panic if they have ordered something from Starcrest within the past three weeks and it hasn't come yet. Starcrest customer service employees are already answering phone calls 10, maybe by now 12 hours a day. I do mean EACH Starcrest employee is working that many hours a day, plus one Saturday a month.


The company does have a lot of problems, this delay in getting orders to their customers being the most prevalent one. There are 40 or less customer service employees trying to answer 4,000 to 6,000 phone calls a day and 90 percent are about this.
