I wish anyone reading this would not panic if they have ordered something from Starcrest within the past three weeks and it hasn't come yet. Starcrest customer service employees are already answering phone calls 10, maybe by now 12 hours a day. I do mean EACH Starcrest employee is working that many hours a day, plus one Saturday a month.
The company does have a lot of problems, this delay in getting orders to their customers being the most prevalent one. There are 40 or less customer service employees trying to answer 4,000 to 6,000 phone calls a day and 90 percent are about this.
