Stark County Child Support Agency Child Support isn't enforced!! Canton, Ohio

For over 17 years now, my case has been moved from one desk to another and another.  Bottom line, no one seems to want to help me get the 23,000 in back child support.  The dead beat sits on his butt day in and day out with his 6 other children he made.  He has some doctor saying he can't work, yet he mows his own lawn in the summer.  He has everyone snowed and just plays the system to get out of paying!  Where's the damn ENFORCEMENT!!  My son is now 21 years old and boy could he use that money for college!!...I have worked all my life and raised him on my own money!  Oh don't get me wrong, he paid me $10.00 on October 18th, 2012, that's the last time I saw any money.  SERIOUSLY!  and that's ok?  I think not!  Where is the help that I so desperately need?  What do those people at Stark County do all day?  I can tell you that they aren't helping me any.  They act concerned and say they won't stand for these parents not paying, basically blow smoke up my (you know what), making you think they are going to finally do something and then months and months go by and you hear nothing.  I could see if the guy lived out of state...but he lives in the same damn city...in Canton!!!  There's others like me in the same situation where the county just pushes us aside and does nothing.  Where is the help we need, because it's not going to come from Stark County Child Support Enforcement Agency!!!!!
