Just as many of you I was ripped off by these companies. I have been contacted by a debt collection company in Tucson, AZ. Waiting for a reply to my reply. To those of you who have been harassed, there is an act called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act which prohibits harassment. The collection company can be sued and will be liable for attorney's fees. Google it for more info.
Has anyone had success with ridding themselves of A-1 Leasing? I see where some have file complaints in several states, but have you had any success? Please let me know. I would be interested in joining with others against these monsters.
