I too was scammed by www.statupessentials.com, which sent me a whole lot of cds to listen to on how to start a business and to be certified business certificate which I had no idea what that was for and I could not understand the literature. It seemed written backward as far as instructions. I was then hooked up with colony one which gives free web hosting for a year without startupessentials, then their web hosting was not up to par or shall I say they were unprofessional web hosting company, although that was free anyhow. Then suddenly startupessentials , the site was changed to another site and all the cds were no longer used which has a steve mayes talking on them and he refers alot to justgolfbags.com with jody brothers and he made all his money on ebay supposebly. Then colony one was no longer supported by startupessential and they had started a new web hosting company of their own called startup store front. Now you have to pay 99 dollars for this and use a credit card and they will refund your money and then you need to pay 399 dollars to optigrove to optimize your website and then they claim they are new at this and are making adjustments and I paid them to optimize and my site was never able to be found because they did not know how to do html code or robots or mak e a site able to be found by spiders or crawlers or what ever then the terminale for the gateway from authorize.net, and the payment place with ipayment would not even work through any of the webhosting companies. Tell me who owes who? Besides the 139 dollars who was taking out of my or a joint account without authorization in writing. Looks like fraud to me. 139 times how many months? equals how much they owe me.

non cancelable equipment lease agreement ? There is no such thing, all licenses to sale anything requires certain documents which these companies do not have included in their paper work if you can call it that.
On November 13, 2006. I was sent an agreement over the computer in which I was to sign with my computer mouse, no witnesses, no notary, no real signatures, "which I never legally signed and was mislead on what it was for , says 125.99 monthly for 46 months, and I was then getting deducted from my bank account without a cancelled check sent to them , for 139 dollars a month by bond corp which I have no idea who that is,so I stopped payment on that company when I noticed them in my bank statement, and I was sent a used lap top with works installed and usa card services? I did not need a lap top, Sent that Acer lap top, used machine back when I found the time on April 21, 2007 with signature required and it was recieved at

Next thing I know I was recieving another bill from I payment and authorize.net which I cancelled and had no problem with authorize.net, but I payment tried to keep charging unless I had proof I requested no service which I had and I have not heard from them since. I have no idea what usa card services had to do with all this. Yesterday I recieved a collection notice from

I looked up this number and it is a residential phone number. I called it and the lady said I can't hear you, and then I recieved a call from a man which says he was monitoring the call and ridiculed me in the process. He said I bet you don't have money for a lawyer and said I didn't even take care of my own money and said I bet you owe alot of people money and said my talk is garbeled and do I speak with all my business associates this way.
Believe me, I am not in business, I work hard and at a legitamate job for a living, I pay all my bills on time. I would like to get information on the class action law suite also. I hope this is all wrote about in a more professional manner then how I feel about all this.
