Starter Credit Direct This company assumes that you will just give up and not fight Internet

I, as many others completed an on-line application for a pay day loan. I went through all of the screens reading them very carefully. When this company's screen came up, I selected NO, as I noticed the $99.00 fee. On the next business day, I noticed that they had issued and ACH Check for $99.00 from my account. I did what most people would do..."LOST IT", I called the bank and was told to call the company first, if they did not assist me, then call the bank back to file a fraud report. Needless to say, you call the 800 customer service number (customer services...what a joke), and are on hold forever before someone comes on to "take a message". The company never responded to me. I then began my own investigation, I read the Rip Off reports editors suggestions...I did exactly what it said, and the Bank issued an immediate reversal of funds.

We have got to get together and file a class action suit against this company...they are banking on the fact that people will get frustrated and give up. DONT!!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel...do exactly what the Rip Off Reports Editors suggest...it was painless...
