I really hope we can stop the people some how, I'm tired of being taken advantage of. We all need to band together on this. I can't afford the 6300 they want me to pay for something that doesn't work, or for a business that is no longer in use (Startup essentials) I guess maybe they had a few to many complaints from all of us, good job if we put them out of business, now if we can all figure out how to get our money back, any suggestions?

POSTED: Saturday, June 28, 2008This letter came from A-1 leasing and i don't trust anything associated with their name anymore. From what i've experienced sofar these people are very bold and i wouldn't put it past them that this is just their way of getting us to sign away our rights for any future litigation while still collecting most of the money they say they are owed. See Exhibit A, Release.
Right now i am trying to gather all the info i can to make a decision on how to proceed. If anyone has info on this matter i would appreciate input here.
