I too joined Start up and my web site did well until last April when they pulled the plug and sold my domain at auction without any notice to me. I tried to contact them but they never returned my calls. I was contacted by mail in June by a law firm that a class action suit was filed and a settlement offer was in progress but to be a part of the settlement you must be current on your payments and would receive about 3 months of payments. I have not paid any additional money to them since my site was taken. I did a lot more research and found a company to start another web site. The laptop they sent me was used and only worked for a few months when I contacted them about the laptop I was told It was not their problem. I hope they are gone for good.
