State Capital Financial SCF Scam, Rated F on BBB, Scrupilous Fees, No Guarentees and No results, Fees are collected before any work is done and it doesnt matter they are not good company and will not give you results. hallandale , Florida

First off I want to start by saying "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"  Also they have an office in TX that uses the same customer service in Hallandale, FL that will rip you off the same. Your hard earned money will just be going into thin air, they are truely a scam, they collect huge fees in the beginning before anything is done for the customers and this is somthing that you do not have to pay for, if you are behind on payments then you can settle the debt yourself, it takes time but all the money you are paying the scam artist you can be saving for settlements on your own and that is no joke. The creditors dont care who they settle with, they just want the money. They claim that they send out letters to the creditors but all that is just smoke and mirrors, they send out a piece of paper to the individual and they are responsible for sending the bogus letters that are thrown in the trash by the creditors because all SCF is a group of people with 0 credentials and the creditors dont want to hear from these people. Why would they tell you to not talk to the creditors and why would the creditors call your house all day and night if the "so called letters" are worth 2 cents. If you value your money and dont want to throw money out the window then do yourself a huge favor and go with a company that is accredited with TASC, The Association of Settlement Companies. Thats if you want to use a company and not do it yourself. Do not allow people at SCF to talk thier way through this report, I am being very sincere with all of my words. I had roughly 40,000 in debt, well still do because the 4000 in upfront fees that I could have saved myself and sent to them is gone, and I now have lawsuits from 2 creditors with no recourse of my lost money, as soon as I told them about the lawsuits they were MIA, they cannot do anything for me at this point and i guess my money will go to finding more people to ripp-off. I hope that you will take what I am saying and do yourself the huge favor and "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL" .....I MEAN THIS!!
