Umm, I thought you were my main carrier. I only have one insurance provider and it has zero claims. I pay the premiums for 5 years, and out of the blue, I get cancelled.

If you read back through the miriad of Chuckie's illiterate posts, you will find that several posters have tried to agree with him, and what happens with that ? HE ATTACKS THEM !! EVERY TIME !!
And if you try to ignore him, he hijacks every thread in sight in order to post more of his inane ramblings. He will not answer a direct question, but instead starts a new rant concerning some completely unrelated subject.
And, yes, EVERYTHING he posts is a lie. There have been WAY too many people who come on here and tell the truth about what he has done to them in Phenix City for it to be any other way. You can decide for yourself - Is Chuckles lying or is the entire town of Phenix City lying ??
For example - Claude Raptis had to get his attorney involved after Chuckles berated him in every known fashion, and called him every name in the book. Now mind you, Chuckie and his scamming mother were the ones who were TOTALLY at fault, yet Chuckles took every opportunity available over a period of several years to blame Mr. Raptis, who, by the way had done absolutely NOTHING to Charlie nor his scamming mother. You'll notice that Chuckles has CEASED mentioning the name CHARLES RAPTIS ( which he used to do on a daily basis covering the span of MANY years ) since the attorney became involved, though he continues to trash everyone else who he thinks has hurt him in some imagined way.
Just look at the current thread concerning the break in and theft at Disney World. Chuckles hijacked it by berating the author for " being a rich bastard who takes his spoiled rotten kids to Disney World, instead of staying at home as he should ". Give me a break. Are these the thoughts of a normal mind ?? Of course not. Everyone with an ounce of sense knows that no normal person would make such unprovoked and insane comments.
In my opinion, RIPOFF REPORTS should ban this ignorant trouble maker for life. Goodness knows, he has angered and run off many, MANY posters.

If ignoring Charles does no good, how about just agreeing with him? Also, pretty much after the first sentence I recognize that it's him. I suppose I can just read and be amused, as most times I am, or I can scroll quickly and read only that which applies to the OP.
Should we be giving credit to Charles for being so creative with his situations? Should we be sad that such a person is freely running around out there? Are we grateful, (as I am) to live clear across the country so no chance of running into him?
I think it's very clear that if he writes the sky is green, he is going to stick with that no matter who points out the sky is blue and how there is no such thing as a green sky.
By the way, have we heard Charles was abducted by aliens? I don't recall reading that one yet. This could explain a lot and maybe a story he should go with.

Well, I have been an avid reader of RoR for around 10 years, and have seen everything Charlie has written. Everything you mentioned in your rebuttal has already been tried. And yet, the little ding bat keeps coming. The more he is ignored, the more he whines and posts. We thought we would finally be rid of him when Claude Raptis got his attorney involved, but somehow Chuckie managed to weasle his way out of it, and came back with a vengence. Lord knows how he did it. Oh, well. Perhaps one day, someone will come up with a solution for the ChucklesPlague.

I've been reading rip off report for a couple years and I enjoy the banter between some of the regular contributors At first when Charles would post his own reports(as asinine as they are) I enjoyed the rebuttals. ( something he riled against in his own reports) he seems to hijack the thread for his own narcissistic needs.
Let's just ignore him and let the reports stay focused on the original topic. Don't let him hijack the thread. I'm tired of his same tired answers to everything. Maybe we could just start a Chuckie report and concentrate everything Charles there. Save him from polluting the rest of the site.

Y'all can accuse of scamming statefarm or anyone else. But that is simply not "TRUE". I will also not put up other customers trying to cause us problems. I don't like being blame for things i don't do.
Poor statefarm they are such the "VICTIM". Businesses never do anything wrong.

ROFLMAO !! That has GOT to be the funniest rebuttal I have ever read on RoR !!! And, to beat it all, it's 100% true. I did a search on Charles and Phenix City on this site, and found absolutely EVERYTHNG that Diogenes mentioned, plus much MORE of Charlie's foolishness !! Not only does this mental midget tell preposterous LIES, but he often contradicts his own idiocy. How can anyone like Chuckles possibly survive without someone beating the living crap out of him on a daily basis ?? I've really got to get down to Phenix City one day and see what's going on down there. I bet it's a riot !!!!

WHEN have you ever heard of a physician having to throw a patient out of his office ??????????? ), Dr. Valentine ( threw you out !!!!! Wow !! Thrown out of TWO physician's offices !! Unfreaking beliveable !!!!!! Blame the insurance commissioner office they don't hold statefarm accountable we get screwed while they sent in their office getting state pension. The insurance commissioner is all to blame. They make up any excuse not to make statefarm payclaims. Then we get hounded by collection agencies for the medical bills that our insurance is suppose to pay. Yeah the united states is the greatest nation on earth HA!. We are the ones who get mistreated.
