A month or so later, they changed their tune and decided to deny my claim. Claiming that I "reversed" into their driver.
Funny how they didn't tell me this a long time ago. I would have taken them straight to Small Claims.

Search TipsCan't believe State Farm still decided on her favor after she changed her stories at least 2 times.

I spoke with 3 different reps. All of them stated that there shouldn't be any issue with my rental reimbursement. 2 months later, I spoke with a man who was rude and denied my claimed within 2 seconds of speaking with him.
I have yet to received their denial letter. Looks like I will be seeing the women who rear ended me in court.
She looks pretty fly in her beat up del sol. But her bumper is brand spankin new!

So, if there is blame, blame the problem on the other party for not telling the truth. Always go though your own policy if you have collision coverage. If not, small claims is your own course of action.
