After 6 months of intensive therapy, her back actually hurt worse. After our attorney tried for approx. 8 months to settle with State Farm Insurance, he then realized that State Insurance would not settle and then turned this case over to his colleage Glenn of Atlanta Ga. which was supposed to be an expert in back injurys.
After filling out numerous forms and depositions for years with State Farm Insurance. Glenn sends us a letter telling us that because of the new personal injury laws in Georgia, we should re-negotiate this case.?
We hired a new attorney and are still waiting the results.
