I had state farm the previous year before moving to another place to get more coverage for the same price and for a 1 year policy. I received a letter from them a couple of months ago, wanting me to come back. Prior they were nice and more personable than my new place. I called to see how much and to my surprise, they quoted apporx $200 more dollars than I was paying and said I would be better off where I was. Although, verbatim> I was OVERINSURED, and they would not wish that company on their worst enemy said Sherri Williams! What overinsured because thats why I left them in the first place to get more coverage etc. Not, only did they not want to write me a policy, but was now insulting my currant policy. State Farm has 525 complainst with consumer affairs, not counting all the other places to complain which are hundreds. They were so blaitanly rude, I would not have them back. Nothing had changed and I think they just sent the letter, it was local, just to say that! No tickets, nothing had changed. If I really wanted the company back, I would camp out with my sign and excercise the old first ammendment right! I am kinda known to do that, if I have too. After reading all the bad reports, I would NEVER have them, most say they did NOT have enough coverage! So, goodbye Bear Littleton and Sherri Williams of Sulphur Springs, TX. I felt and still do in this small backstabbing town it was a personal move, but who cares. Just read all the stuff, thanks but no thanks! After all, I guess they did me a favor! HAHAHA Stay away from State Farm. Maybe they thought I would pay it!! Idiots, I say, Idiots
