Now here it is 2 months later and she gets a letter that says they made a mistake and that if she paided 30 bucks could get her license back. but what about her family who gave her money and thought low of her and all the fines and court cost all her greef and running around. nothing has resolved completely she still has a court date for driving without a license witch she clearly was not doing should she have to go why couldent she show the letter she got from the state to the court clerk and not be required to go 10 to 1 says they will say she has to go anyways i wish some decent lawyer from mass would comeup here and help some people in need of good fair services. when people make mistakes they like to be forgiven but with this case and many others they wrongfully accuse and pretend like no one was at fault and no one was hurt here basicly its like we screwed up its too bad live with it. they should have waived the 30 dollar fee atleast and they did not they basicly said we were wrong who gives a crap

POSTED: Friday, July 28, 2006Also..why did you state the the police probably knew her. Did she rack up a lot of traffic violations? If so, they jailed her as a repeat offender. Otherwise, unless a felony was involved, they would usually issue some sort of desk appearance ticket.
One last thing, why would you want a lawyer from Massachutes to take a case in Maine?
