State Wide Home Warranty THey Took Our Money and Ran! Internet

We purchased a three-year three-month long warranty plan in November 2011. We paid $833.91 via electronic check  in December. We were to pay $45 per claim. The transaction was done via phone with a Keith Goodman. He said that we could cancel at any time.  We never received an actual policy, only an email list of covered services and appliances.  A policy number was also furnished via email.  We did actually get one repair by a plumber who told us that they found him via the phone directory and that he'd never before heard of Statewide. 

When our central heating system would not start in October of 2012 we filed claims online and heard nothing. Our calls were sent to a perpetually repeating message.  We never got through so we hired an HVAC company and had the repair done for $389.00.  In November we received a call from someone named Paige whom we learned was in the Los Angels office.  She promised to have the $389 reimbursed once we submitted the bill.  She also offered to waive the next $45.00 deductible.  We faxed the bill and have never heard from Statewide.  Our emails, calls and faxes continue to go unanswered.
