These guys are the just short of Organized Crime. They systemactically under quote, show up late so you have no time to change movers then double or triple their rate. Then hold belongings hostage until final payment is made in a form that can't be charged back. Upon release of goods you find items missing or damaged or both; and then don't make good on them. They might offer you a rebate on your contract so that you'll release the final payment but they won't make good on that either. They don't return phone calls so you have to call them dozens of times to try to resolve any problem.

I've seen many reviews where this has been the pattern of behavior so it's not an isolated incident. These people need to be stopped. I think a Class Action lawsuit is in order. Any one else interested?

i'm with you on the class action lawsuit. i myself have been ripped off, lied to and verbally threatened by members of this business. i have a report on here here is my report  statewide van lines breach of contract and over charging!!!  on top of chasing them around for my furniture for 3 weeks i got my furniture delivered..mostly damaged and missing the driver doesn't even work for the company anymore because they cheated him out of 1400.00 but he stated people had been in the house prior and took stuff apart and broke things and just left it he was actually the 2nd driver they contracted because the first ones just left. Among all the other things they have done to cause emotional agony and charging more than what was quoted, they left our grill behind and confirmed with our tenants it was on the itemized list and was supposed to be picked up they are now saying that we need to pay 300 dollars more to get the grill .. even tho they left it the driver states he honestly didn't see it (again our stuff was moved @ 11 pm at night ) so it is possible. but statewide is saying it wasn't picked up due to the weight limit but we weren't notified this was an issue and it ws included in the original contract. on top of that they will not cover our ripped mattress ( which we paid for mattress padding) our broken table ripped leather couch, and missing grill... but they verbally threatened me at work stating that they know were i live and that they will get us and they are gonna handle me i said are you threatening me he said your in Jacksonville, fl right i stated yes he stated i'll get you then n hung up again. so on top of over charging . not delivering things. ( personal documents missing) and breaking our things we can add verbal threatening as well. I've been in tears over this company for months now and now i'm scared of them doing something to me personally as well.  i do not know how to work with you as we cannot use our emails or names on here but i have nothing else to turn to . and no one else to help ... HELP...
