I will end with this last few comments. I am not able to buy her new clothes and the extras 9 year old girls want. Any money I make barely pays the bills and because of you stealing money from the household in Mississippi, I have not been able to retain an attorney to regain custody of Emmy-lea. But what has made it extremely difficult is the child support order I have to pay for Emmy to the same office and caseworker you are one file for in Madison child support case. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars to keep from going to jail and madison going to child welfare. The State of Oklahoma can't enforce your obligation because State of Tennessee has to come after you.
Out of all the hardships past and present, I have found hidden blessings and have seen God's grace in every obstacle of my life. I have forgiven you, but I will be a witness for anyone seeking justice and reimbursement against you.

The guy still working are the only reason there are even walls standing for the pool right now. Since they have taken over I have not had one complaint because the person in charge actually knows how to manage a project, gets the materials they need, shows up when they say there going to, and performs the work they say they are gonna complete which is the complete opposite of yourself.
They have not asked to be paid in advance for any of the work they have done so far unlike yourself which demanded money for work that had not even been performed. They have also done more work in two days then you've done in two months. Also you might want to correct your statement about your in business to make money because it should be your in business to rip people off because you have a proven track record that clearly shows that. It's obvious that by not providing reciepts to back up your statement shows your once again not telling the truth.
I think if I had more money invested in a project than what I was paid I would not have a problem showing a customer that evidence. I'm not the slightest bit worried about the money portion of this whole thing. It's obvious you need it much more than I do. I just want to prove a point that once again you lied and are a conartist. I will get my refund back through the satisfaction of watching you go to jail for all of the crimes you have commited over the past several years. Every dog has its day and yours is in the near future.

Also you say that we were in "Breach of Contract" by not making proper payments. Lets see here, you were paid $15,000 in full for the first payment and nothing got done for weeks after payment was made. Then we told you that we didn't feel comfortable about paying the full $15,000 for the 2nd payment until we seen some progress and you are on tape saying you only needed $8000 for the second payment which was a request made by you not us and is clearly a mutual agreement. Now if you want to get on the topic of Breach of Contract then lets talk about you not even having a contractors license that we clearly asked if you did and you told us yes and is needed for any job over $25,000. Also our contract stated you were suppose to have a performance bond for the job which was never done.
Lastly, we had a completion time of 8 weeks to finish the pool permitting weather or natural disasters and at 8 weeks we had a hole in the ground that was still not dug correct and some walls bolted together which was maybe 30% of the work needed for the job and it rained 4 days in 8 weeks. So you might want to reconsider you "Breach of Contract" claim. Also you still have not justified why you lied about the "Premier Exterior" scam on here involving Tommy Patterson not being you. It makes complete sense why you said you lost your license when we asked for them because it would have revealed you were the person in the scam and on parole.
Basically it boils down to this, you have 3 options; Provide Reciepts showing you have $23,000 in the project, Refund every dollar that cannot be documented as being spent on our project, or prepare to go to jail which I can assure you is going to happen if this situation is not fixed. Be a man and admit that you screwed up and refund the money back that was not spent on the job and move along with your life. Once the situation is made right I will update the post to let the public know that you have resolved the issue but if not I will update it to let everyone know when you go to jail.

Yes, they have given Staycation $23,000.00 on an approximate $51,000.00 contract and there has actually been about $30,000.00 worth of work done on their pool. These people are trying to cheat a builder out getting what they can for free or what they think they should pay after signing a contract and breaching it by not abiding by the signed payment schedule or adjusting and taking things off the contract as they see fit. I encourage their attorney to contact me so I can get him in touch with my attorney for the lawsuit I am going to file against them.
You don't sign a contract and try to change things as you see fit and not expect to have reprecutions. As far as things having to be fixed is also untrue. That pool has its walls up, footing for those walls, plumbing, electrical rough in, and the backfill on this pool has been completed.
Keep in mind that pool is 26-27' at its widest point and 42' long. This is an enormous pool and they honestly believe that only $6000.00 worth of work has been done. The walls and benches in this pool alone were way over twice that amount.
Pool Builders beware that these people will not pay you as agreed and will try to change things as they see fit even after they sign a contract with you.
These people have not been scammed in any shape, fashion, or form and this is ridicolous that people are allowed to come on here and write what ever they want because the end result is, no matter what the rebuttal is, this still hurts a small business.
