The clock movement with plans for the cabinet had'nt arrived after an allowable time for delivery so I sent an E-mail asking why, No reply. After several E-mails with no replies I called the number on the web page. The phone rang forever but no answer on many tries and they had no voice messaging. This guy totally ignores any attempts to contact them.
What can I do when I live several states away? This guy needs to be shut down. He is a total Rip-Off. I should have researched him out before I placed my order.
