I purchased an trial offer and was then charged $99.00 for two bottles I most certainly did not order since I found out I was medically unable to take this product. Imagine my surprise when I received 2 bottles in the mail today. Upon calling, the customer service rep told me that they did not have any record of my cancellation call and that they would not take the product bacl. While this was going on, I checked my bank account back 2 months and found out I was also charged $99.95 in Sept. but did not receive anything at that time. So now I am out $200 and they will not refund it or take back the product..Is there nothing we can do about this??
