Ordered the free offer agreed to the $6.95 s/h charges did not see anything stating that there was a cancelation time limit or that I would be charged for anything else. Product came with no info or any papers saying there would be any futher charges.

Charged $99.95 on my debit card yesterday will be going to the bank to fill out the dispute form. Will not accept delivery when product arrives. Spoke to Randy at Steel Bridge Medical customer service, she said she could not reverse the charges, and they could not accept product returns.

I was able to get my money back from these crooks! Here is what I did.

I check my account online almost daily, so I saw the charges immediatly, I called Steel Bridge and demanded they cancel and refund my money(they of course said they could not refund my money) called the bank and then went to the bank to fill out a fraudulent charge form. When the product arrived I returned it without opening it, and sent it delivery conformation required(somebody had to sign for it) I then notified the bank that the product had been returned and signed for. I also took copies of statments off this website to the bank to show that many other people have had the same problems with this company.

I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!

Don't give up keep fighting, do everything you're bank or credit card co. says file any papers you have to, keep trac of every thing you do, send the product back with delivery conformation and show the conformation information to the bank.

I did it, you can too!!
