 I am Steve G. and he is Mike of Stellar Capital Funding LLC. My case is based on facts not lies like Mike would like these readers to believe , and i will continue to go back and forth with this scam-artist for as long as it takes him to come clean,about these lies and deception he tells his clients,and in this report i will tell all the truth as i have nothing to hide it is my story as all out there who have gotten scammed before will see the pattern as these scame artists use and you will see when i move forward here will know what i am saying, Here's my first interesting point i will bring up , heres the first suspition, Mike in his passage says "he did not gaurantee funding or he is not a finance company" he is merely a credit repair company,and he improved my credit score 200pts,right? Then Mike if your company is not a Finance Company or don't get funding for your clients? and don't Guarantee funding ? then i have an interesting question Mike....Why is your company called STELLAR CAPITAL FUNDING and not STELLAR CREDIT REPAiR??? HMMMMM sounds like you might be luring in customers with the "FUNDING' name in the title so clients are coming to you thinking you are a finance company but then you use the old bait and switch and say like you did to me and say "I can get you $200-300K but first we have to fix your credit up,once we do that "I will guarantee that i will get you funded no more then 60-90 days maybe sooner" HMMMMMMMMM!!!

Second point to your liying article Mike is there is no Richard Bloomfeld? Where did i get this guy just imagined him? He was your broker he told me himself he gave me your number in our first conversation that is an absolute lie, Rich Bloomfeld is the guy who advertises for you on craigslists all over and gets you leads and then sends us prospective leads to you "he advertises about 500 credit score or better and he will get you funded" he advertses about how HONESTY and INTERGRITY is everything and watch out for scammers" well you an him might be in that category "Scammers"....Enough with the BS all this is Steve G. Story,

  I was on CL NY last February on the financials section, i saw this ad with this phone number 631-219-2864 i called the number left message,this guy Richard Bloomfeld of that number called me back i told him i needed 200-300k funding and i will pay on back end i will not pay upfront for a loan that those loans are scams, he said that these loans are giving 15-20% after loan is giving i said that is fine, i asked "How long does this whole loan process take"? he sais within 60 days you will have your loan,i 've seen loans as quick as 30-45 days, i said ok lets move on then, he said i will give you this number to my partner MIKE, technically i am his broker i feed him clients and after you get the loan from MIKE i get my pecentage from sending you his way. (as you readers can see there is no mention of credit in my whole talk with Rich.)

  I then called MIKE at 480-719-5360 i then find out he is the owner of Stellar Capital Funding LLC, i told him just like i told his broker Richard Bloomfeld, what i needed he then says "Hows your credit"? i said its int the 500's he tells me to join credit check total give him my user name and password so he can see the credit, i ask why ? i was told you fund anyone with 500 or better credit score. he said who told you that i said Richard your broker, and he also says you gaurantee my funding in 60 days or less and never once spoke about credit as and issue....He says i'll have to speak to Richard....(never denied Bloomfeld as his broker at this point????HMMM) I said to him , Mike i was directed to you for funding not for credit repair i dont have time for that to be honest with you... He said look i can get this repair done and get you trades lines at my costs of those tradeslines and funded in 60-90 days no more...i listened to that then i said its March 1 2013 when will i be funded credit fixed and out the door ....Done, Mike said by July 15th the absolute latest, i said everything ? meaning credit repair,tradeslines added to file,and funded? he said yes, i said ok because i need this funding by August to Sept. any earlier was ok, I asked how much, he said $1500.00 to his chase bank account in $500 increments one a month for three months, with a reciept,to Stellar Capital Funding LLC, 

  So i gave him the user name password,of my credit check total and we started,look he took off things from my credit i will not lie my credit score didnt move 200 points as he claimed it moved about 80 points it was 550 and nows its anout 630 so just another lie by Mike, Well to make a long story short it is now November 2 and those threats he said i demanded,were not threats or demands they were merely fustration when you buy something and were upfront with the seller and say from the first day look i am starting in February bc i need this by Sept the absolute latest, and you are told over and over dont worry it will be there,or we have plenty of time , Mike its June, where getting close,Steve it will be there, Mike its july? Steve by mid-August you will have the funding credt is almost done...Mike its August 1, whats the story??? i am going to check with the bureaus, call me back the end of the week, call him back no answer leave message,no call back,next week the same,and now he dont call me back at all, now i leave tons of messages until Mike gets pissed off that i aint going away its now the mid October,calls me back and says dont call me again we are done, then emails me the same,then i call Richard Bloomfeld and his vm is full and sends me a text" to find someone else for funding" Then when i make complaints to the BBB,Arizona Attorney General,Consumer Protection,the Ftc and a host of others, and i some other poor slob who got scammed by MIKE and RICH posts on here with the same thing happened to him by these two clowns, i get a letter in the mail from an attorney ordering me to "CEASE AND DESIST" and to take down the posts and write a retractionn,so after i stopped laughing at that letter ,and wipped my a** with it i look on here and this scamming a**** MIKE wrtes a rebuttal,is this guy MIKE funny or what???

  Look Mike i will not cease or anything ,you are a liar and a theif i came to you for one thing and one thing only pal that was for FUNDING,nothing else look like your company name says it all STELLAR CAPITAL FUNDING not STELLAR CAPITAL CREDIT REPAIR, so you can sprew your lies anywhere you want and to whomever you want,but everytime you write lies about me on here i will right back on here telling the truths.....I have all the time in the world do You?

  You want to make this a war of words lets go MIKE bring it on,You will lose,trust me....

   and about that $1700.00 it says in my contract when i am satisfied and job is complete,read your contract bc that is what mine says...and niether am i satisfied or is the job completed....

  Next, Mike i have your email to me back in March telling me to file a Police Report for idenity theft and when i said no you tell me and i quote, "You must file a police report for idenity theft or i can't get this done" also we had a conversation about the same to which i have on tape on my i-phone so MIKE before you lie here,know the facts,

   Lastly MIKE, know this you can kiss me where the SUN dont shine and this will not cease until you finish what i came here for, know that as number 1, number 2 is i don't care if you have Johnny Cochran Firm i came to you for funding nothing else so you can tell your lies to whom ever i will continue to file complaints on your company and you until i get what i came for understand that,

    And tell your lawyer after i finish laughing and wiping my a** with her letter i will send her a copy of what you wrote about me and tell her to talk to you....DUH

    to anyone who read this know this one simple fact on whose lying or telling the truth....

   The name says it alll "STELLAR CAPITAL FUNDING " now i ask the readers this,if you saw this name in your phone book, would you go this company if you were looking to repair your credit? of course not you would go to this company if you were seeking  " FUNDING " as i was so i arrest my case...Mike has done nothing but tell lies....

    So anyone out there be aware of STELLAR CAPITAL FUNDING as there own owner tells lies and if he tells lies to people that arent his clients what will he do if you were a client as i was and by the way mike i still am, so i will sit back and await my funding as i was promised ok....or i will continue to post,and file complaints MIKE iam not going away....

Just days before this posting by Stephen G, he threatened Stellar with defamation of Stellar's business reputation if Stellar did not get him financing.  Since Stellar is not a financing company, this was an impossible request.  Apparently Mr. G. is simply using internet defamation to not pay the $1700 he owes Stellar and as means of extortion and harassment.  Legal action will be brought against Mr. G. for such unorthodox tactics. In the meantime, Stellar would like to clear up four basic false statements made by Mr. G.:

a. "Rich" a broker is not a partner, affiliate or in any way connected to Stellar (Rich had only referred us once before)

b. Stellar is not a finance company and never lends money - it helps people with credit issues.

c. Stellar improved Mr. G.'s credit rating by over 200 points from March 2013 to Oct. 2013 and with their efforts had over 100 negative items removed that showed up on his credit reports.

d. Mr. G. signed a contract with Stellar that informed him that we are not a financing company and we don't guarantee funding from any third party; he also signed a contract confirming his representation to us that he was the victim of identity theft. Of course, we tell all such victims to file a police report.  (If he was not such a victim then he lied to us and perjured himself to the police).
