I informed the organization that I was filing bankruptcy, and just because they were unable to receive the filing number they still proceeded to put a garnishment against my check, with this garnishment I was unable to pay my car insurance on time, and had to borrow the money to do so. The bad part of this is when I informed them that someone had to steal my information because I never had a card with their company and never ordered anything and did not know whom they were.
